The Lodge consists of 23 en-suite chalets, some of which are river facing, all chalets are en-suite with private balconies, in-room fridges, safe, fan, mosquito nets, tea & coffee making facilities. The Adventure Village consists of 24 permanent tents which have 2 x single beds, light, and fan in them, shared ablution facilities with the campsite. The campsite is situated in lush gardens with beautiful grass and shaded areas.

The lodge has fantastic facilities including a large sundeck over the Zambezi River with a restaurant, lively bar, and wood-fired Italian “Peppinos” pizza oven. There are also 2 swimming pools, a TV lounge, an internet cafe, a daily allocation of complimentary Wi-Fi, a shop, and a Safari Par Excellence activity center with experienced staff who will help you to book all your adventure activities and tours for Livingstone, Victoria Falls and Chobe.

About the Company
Established in 1999, Waterfront was designed to attract the young at heart and the younger, more adventurous traveler. Victoria Falls Waterfront is the hub of Safari Par Excellence which has been operating in the area for 26 years.

The Lodge is the perfect place for people to experience the wonder of Victoria Falls and the Great Zambezi River plus the stunning wildlife surrounding it without great expense. From humble beginnings, Waterfront is now a popular place for many people passing through Livingstone.
